Plastic disposable cartridges and nozzles offer a hygienic, cost-effective solution for all production needs. Each cartridge gets a thorough cleaning from plungers with a wiper leading edge. The method is perfect for handling prepackaged materials as well as pre-mixed and frozen materials because caps and plugs are available for both ends of the cartridge.

Cartridges
There are 2-1/2, 6, 8, 12, and 20-ounce cartridges in addition to 1/10-gallon sizes. Each size can be utilized with manual or air-powered dispensing instruments that are hand-held, bench-mounted, or both. Both regular and low-density polyethylene is used in the molding of cartridges. Customized hues are offered. All dimensions are made to accommodate 1/4′′ NPT fittings.
Plungers
Wiper Plungers incorporate a modified or extended front wiper edge.
Caps
Top and bottom caps offer several options for sealing the cartridge’s neck and base.
