The Semkit® package is a complete plastic cartridge assembly which stores, sized, and applies multiple components adhesives, sealants, encapsulants, and other materials. Semkit packages are ideal for epoxies, polysulfides, polyurethanes, and silicones use in the aerospace, automotive, construction, marine, telecommunications, and electronics industries. The kit assures material performance, optimum quality and increased productivity on the production line and in the field.

The Semkit Package assures accurate proportioning of the materials since the pre-measured components are stored in separate compartments within the cartridge. When ready to use the material, simply follow the mixing instructions and apply directly from the Semkit package.
The Semkit package eliminates the labor intensive tasks of measuring and handling materials, while minimizing dermatitis complications and greatly reducing exposure to fumes.
Use of the Semkit package eliminates the possibility of the material contamination from the continuous opening and closing of cans.
All of the material contained inside the two component Semkit package is mixed within the cartridge. Virtually all the material can be extruded from the cartridge as well. The elimination of waste permits the end user to get full value from the materials used.
A unique benefit of the Semkit package is the convenience of having the correct amount of material available for use at the local work station.
The high performance plastic components of the Semkit package and easy to document procedures guarantee 100% reproducible application of assembly materials.
Because the cartridge containing the material is translucent, a visual inspection to check for a thorough mix is possible.
Inexperienced operators can mix the kit manually, semi automatically, or automatically. The Model 285 Semkit mixer is useful, semiautomatic mixer designed to reduce worker fatigue and assure a thorough mix of the materials. The Model 388 Semkit mixer automatically mixes a filled Semkit® package. This mixer totally eliminates worker fatigue and assures the most thorough and consistent mix form kit to kit.
After mixing the kit, it can be fitted with a specialty nozzle, then placed in to a Semco pneumatic or manual dispensing gun for productive and efficient material application onto the desired substrates.
After the material is applied, clean up is eliminated because the complete kit and specially nozzle are disposable. This can result in significant labor savings and reduce production costs.
The Semkit package can accommodate virtually every ratio of multiple component materials.
It is designed to thoroughly mix a wide range of materials varying in viscosity from thin liquids to heavy pastes.
No special storage of the filled Semkit package is required.
