It’s a VERY simple process!
Step#1
Contact us to arrange return of your mixer (#285A or #388 –any size) to have it evaluated and tested for only $ 200.00.
Step #2
Within 48 hours of receipt, a response will be provided with a quotation that includes a cost estimate for parts and labor to repair and refurbish (including cleaning) your unit to manufacturer standards along with a price for a Transportation & Storage CRATE that will keep your unit secure in transit as well as in storage at your facility.
Step#3
Provide a Purchase Order for the estimated costs on the quotation if you want to move forward. Once the purchase Order is received the work will begin and part will be ordered if required. A Revised Purchase Order will then be required if the estimated cost quoted is different than the actual cost.
If no repair & refurbishment is agreed to, we will return the unit to you (collect) with the evaluation information.
Step #4
Lead Time:
Usual time frame for this entire process is 4 weeks from date of receipt of
the machine.
We will contact you sooner if the work is completed quickly.
Payment:
Net 30 Days payment accepted for established accounts.

If other SEMCO items require repair, we do stock most repair/replacement parts for dispensing guns and SEMKIT mixers. We are your reliable source of supply for these items that allow you to do your own repair if you prefer.
