Semco 20 & 32-ounce cartridges are available in low or high-density natural polyethylene and special order colors. All sizes are designed to accept 1/4″ NPT fittings.
Cartridges
Disposable plastic cartridges are available in 1, 2-1/2, 6, 8, 12, 20, 32 oz., and 1/10 gallon capacities for use with Semco ® dispensing guns. In addition, cartridges are available in low or high-density natural polyethylene and special order colors. All sizes are designed to accept 1 /4 NPT fittings.
Plungers
Precision molded plungers in regular (P) and wiper (WP) styles are designed to fit the cartridge contour, assuring complete dispensing and eliminating waste.
Seals
The TS-seal seals at three places in the threaded neck to prevent leakage. The T-seal and TC-seal thread into the neck of the cartridge. The TC seal also engages the cartridge neck seal. The S-seal fits over the threaded end of the cartridge. The F-cap is designed to fit the flange end of the cartridge to prevent contamination.
Nozzles
Nozzles that thread into the neck of the cartridge are available in a wide range of openings and configurations. See reverse side for more information.
