Fast cure – Good adhesion to Mylar & Nylon – Flexible
Pro-Seal 501 is a mylar adhesive. It has a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 160°F (71°C). The material is designed for enhancing adhesion to a wide range of bonding applications.
P/S 501 is a two-part, epoxy-cured polysulfide compound.
The uncured material is a trowable paste suitable for application by spatula or extrusion gun.
Mixing Instructions
P/S 501 is supplied in a two-part kit. First, mix according to the ratios indicated in the application properties section. Next, mix Part A and Part B separately to uniformity, then thoroughly mix the entire contents of both parts of the kit to avoid leaving unmixed areas around the sides or bottom of the mixing container.
Storage Life
The storage life of P/S 501 is at least 12 months when stored at temperatures below 80°F (27°C) in original unopened containers.

This product is safe to use and apply when recommended precautions are followed. An SDS is available on request. Avoid overexposure. Obtain medical care in case of extreme overexposure.

- Gallon kit with 4,800 Grams of adhesive in a 1 gallon can
- Pint Kit with 400 grams of adhesive in a 1 pint can 1/2
