Semco® Standard Nozzles have a wide range of lengths, and orifice sizes are available to meet your application needs better. Nozzles can vary; however, minimum order, lead time, and pricing considerations apply.
Long-Reach Nozzles – designed for hard-to-reach applications, 8″ and 10″ long.
Semco® offers a wide range of specialty long-reach nozzles designed for hard-to-reach applications. In addition, all the long-reach nozzles can be custom bent for your specific application.
Fillet Nozzles – for lap joints
Fillet Nozzles are used for the application of sealant fillets over lap joints. These nozzles eliminate the need for tooling the sealant with spatulas and increase productivity.
The fillet nozzles have a built-in step to guide the nozzle along the lap joint to produce a smooth, uniform fillet. The model 429 nozzle has no step and provides versatility for use at odd angles and in confined spaces.
When these nozzles are used with a Semco® model 250 sealant gun, a smooth, uniform fillet can be applied each time.
Semco® floorboard nozzle is designed to deposit a precise amount of sealant around the holes in the floorboards of aircraft. The nozzle is made of high-density polyethylene for durability.
Semco® provides a wide variety of specialty ribbon nozzles available in various thicknesses and widths and are designed for the precise application of sealants, adhesives, and other materials.
Semco® rivet nozzles apply the required sealant into the countersink and through the hole before fastening parts with rivets.
The assorted sizes are color coded for easy identification.
The rivet nozzle is designed for use with Semco model 250 pneumatic guns. The spring-loaded tip of the rivet nozzle acts as a check valve allowing precise shots of material.
Semco® roller nozzles apply adhesives and sealants evenly over a wide substrate area. Therefore, they are ideal for the application of faying surface sealants. The 1/4″ NPT male threaded end can be used with any of the Semco lines of disposable cartridges (i.e., 1, 2.5, 3.5, 6, 8, 12, 20, 32 oz. and 1/10 gallon sizes) and Semkit packages.
The nozzles are available in one and two-inch widths. The roller base is precision molded of chemically resistant material and can be solvent cleaned for re-use.
These disposable nozzles are precision molded and have a 1/4″ NPT male thread to fit Semco 1, 2-1/2, 6, 8, 12, 20, 32 ounce and 1/10 Gallon disposable cartridge.
