Description
Sprayable corrosion-inhibiting sealant PR-1436-G is available with us. It can operate in temperatures as low as -65°F (-54°C) and as high as 225°F (107°C), with sporadic excursions up to 250°F (121°C). This substance effectively thwarts the common sources of corrosion on aluminum alloys or between dissimilar metals.
It is a two-part, dichromate-cured polysulfide chemical, PR-1436-G Sprayable. The uncured material is appropriate for spray application. It develops a robust sealant with great adherence to typical aviation materials when it cures at room temperature.
