The Semco model 510 high-pressure injection gun is capable of post assembly injection of high viscosity groove injection sealing compounds into confined areas and voids, including channel sealing and areas that require material to be injected through small orifices under pressure. It is designed to accept materials prepackaged in Semco 6 oz. Cartridges or the 6 oz. Semkit® package. 8 oz. and 20 oz. Retainers are optional. The ramrod has a diameter of 5/16″ and a stroke of 1-1/2 “. The gun is available in a manual or reciprocating version. The reciprocating gun provides a continuous bead of material when actuated. The pressure produced is 110 times the line pressure used, and the maximum pressure rating is 11,000 psi.

Cartridges
Disposable plastic cartridges are available in 1, 2.5, 6, 8, 12, 20, 32 oz. and (2 ea.) 1/10 gallon capacities with Semco® dispensing guns. In addition, cartridges are available in low or high-density natural polyethylene and special order colors. All sizes are designed to accept 1/4 NPT fittings.
Plungers
Precision molded plungers in regular (P) and wiper (WP) styles are designed to fit the cartridge contour, assuring complete dispensing and waste elimination.
Seals
The TS-seal seals in three places at the threaded neck to prevent leakage. The T-seal and TC-seal thread into the neck of the cartridge. The TC seal also engages the cartridge neck seal. The S-seal fits over the threaded end of the cartridge. The F-cap is designed to fit the flange end of the cartridge to prevent contamination.
Nozzles
Nozzles that thread into the neck of the cartridge are available in a wide range of openings and configurations.
