Our repair/refurbish process is as follows:
Contact us for instructions to ship your mixer. Shipping crates are available if needed. Evaluation will be completed with estimated Parts & Labor to bring the unit up to Mfr Standards. Upon your approval of the estimate, all necessary repairs, replacements, and cleaning will occur. Mixers must ship LTL Truck Freight to avoid damage in transit. Refurbishing and repairs could take 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the availability of parts. Don’t hesitate to contact us for your mixer preventative maintenance!
