Reduces sealant tack-free time – One part – Aerosol spray

P/S 815 is designed for application over uncured polysulfide sealants to produce a tack-free condition. It has a service temperature range from -65°F (54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). As a result, this material significantly reduces the risk of foreign objects and debris (FOD) adhering to the surface of the sealant during its cure cycle.

P/S 815 is one part, ethyl alcohol coating. The material is a low viscosity liquid suitable for application by aerosol spray.

Mixing Instructions

P/S 815 is supplied in an aerosol container. Shake the container before application. Should the nozzle become obstructed during the application, invert the container to free the obstruction.

Storage Life

The storage life of P/S 815 is at least 6 months when stored at temperatures below 80°F( 27°C) in original unopened containers.

This product is safe to use and apply when recommended precautions are followed. Before using this product, read and understand the Safety Data Sheet (SDS), which provides information on health, physical and environmental hazards, handling precautions, and first aid recommendations. An SDS is available on request. Avoid overexposure. Obtain medical care in case of extreme overexposure.
